A historic Italian footwear company needs to move molds weighing up to 150 kg with an advanced center of gravity.
The Customer needs a manual solution for handling the molds of different sizes present in the Company. To guarantee the maximum capacity of 150 kg with an advanced load center of gravity, we have proposed a HANDY PLUS manual lift in a customized version with adjustable width forks.
To avoid possible bending of the forks, we choose to produce them in Weldox 700, a more resistant type of steel.
The opening and closing of the forks is adjusted by a self-braking manual handwheel placed on the side of the plate. (25_19).
