One of our resellers received a request from a multinational chemical-technological company involved in the development of instruments, software and materials for testing water, food and drugs.
The Customer has a dual need: the operator will have to move mini pallets 900x700 weighing a maximum of 150 kg and lift loads equipped with eyebolts with an indicative weight of 100 kg. Both movements and changes in use will be frequent.
Based on the indications given by the local retailer, it was decided to propose a NewBingo UP mini elevator with 1600 mm elevation equipped with forks with a length of 700 mm suitable for handling mini pallets 900x700 mm, with forklift from the side 900 mm. The elevator configured in this way has a capacity of 300 kg.
- A fork lift block is supplied equipped with a revolving hook which, sliding along the length of the forks, automatically locks with spring catches inside two holes provided on the forks.
- To remove the lift block, simply pull the bubble pins and slide it again and remove it from the forks.
The elevator configured in this way has a maximum capacity of 100 kg. (Ref.07_19)
