One of our French Dealer asked us to find a solution suited to the needs of one of his customers who handles 50kg paper rolls inside a printing company.
The user needs to take rolls of paper positioned vertically on a pallet, lift them and rotate them 90°, place them in a printing machine horizontally by sliding them on a pin inside the machine.
We proposed a NewBingo 200 equipped with an electric reel rotation system.
The equipment is welded onto a thickened plate to compensate for the advancement of the center of gravity.
The system controlled by a wired button panel allows the gripping of coils positioned vertically on pallets directly from the core thanks to a spur equipped with serrations that expands by means of an electric actuator.
Once the reel has been gripped, it is possible to lift it and, thanks to a second electric actuator, rotate it frontally by 90°, thus bringing it into a horizontal position.
The last part of the core remains free to allow initial insertion onto a reel of the printing machine. Once the indentation of the reel has been retracted, it is possible to push the reel from the equipment to the pin of the printing or cutting machine. (Rif. 21_19)
