An Italian company with a history in the production of automatic machines for the packaging of food and chemical products has asked for our support to develop solutions for the replacement of forming tubes of different sizes within their machines. Together with the customer's technical office we have developed different types of solutions for attaching and replacing the various forming tubes.
Based on the drawings of the customer's packaging machines, once the weight and positioning height of the forming tubes have been evaluated, the Clever model is chosen which guarantees an elevation of up to 2900 mm to which custom equipment designed specifically for lean on the forming tubes and hook them with eyebolts. The rubber pads guarantee adhesion and avoid the risk of damaging or marking the forming tube.
Once anchored to the equipment, the forming tube can be released from the machine and removed.
